Praise the Lord that we get another day to train our bodies , minds and spirits. We will be doing a dry run at McDowell Mountain to get a preview of what race day will be like. I love getting the lay of the land to get a true sense of the challenge. Getting really excited!

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,
in spin today I really practiced my breathing techniques and pushed myself even when my legs felt like they were going to give out...getting so excited for race day!!!
